Adds new competitions protos and refreshes competition_api_service: - host_service: includes CompetitionSimulationSettings (#43562) - episode_service: includes GetEpisodeSummary admin RPC (#43523) - competition_api_service: adds CreateCompetition (#43550), CreateCompetitionPage (#43543), and LaunchCompetition (#43579), plus the Reward type and CompetitionPrivacy enum they depend on. Note: UpdateCompetitionPage (PATCH), DeleteCompetitionPage (DELETE), and UpdateCompetitionSettings (PATCH) still do not appear in the python client. kapigen's public-API reachability filter only marks methods reached via HTTP GET or POST; PATCH and DELETE bindings are not detected.
