Adds four newly-promoted public competition API endpoints to the python client, now reachable via kapigen's POST filter: - UpdateCompetitionPage (#43648 switched PATCH->POST) - DeleteCompetitionPage (#43648 switched DELETE->POST) - UpdateCompetitionSettings (#43648 switched PATCH->POST) - CreateCompetitionData (#43662) Includes the CompetitionDatabundleType enum the new request types depend on. Bumps version to 0.1.32.
