This PR adds a new CMake project template in the attachments\template folder that people can use to quickly set up an empty project to follow along the tutorial.
The PR also slightly reworks the CMake setup documentation with actual examples on how to generate projects using CMake. Both for the new template, as well as for the whole tutorial project.
