What
Four feature folders exist under Feature/ and are already documented in the tier tables further down in README.md, but were missing from the top-level File Structure tree:
Why
The file tree is meant to be a complete map of the repo. Missing these four made it look like they didn't exist, which is confusing for anyone skimming the structure before diving into the tier tables.
Change
Purely additive - inserted the four folders (each with their actual files) at the correct tier position in the existing tree. No other content changed.
