Add Career Coach System feature for job-search and resume tracking

Summary

Adds Career Coach System — a career/job-search tracking layer that gives an
AI companion continuity across the resume iteration, a fundamentals/skills
rebuild, and interview outcomes, instead of re-explaining status every session.

• Recaps current status + active initiatives at the start of every career
  conversation, pulled from a persistent career-progress.md dashboard

• Tracks resume.md as a living document, with every revision logged (with
  reasoning) to resume-feedback.md

• Logs fundamentals/skills practice via a concept checklist + dated practice log

• Tracks interview outcomes over time in a simple dated log

• Never writes to any career file silently — every log update or resume edit
  is drafted and shown before it's saved

• New: a first-activation onboarding conversation — the very first time the
  skill fires, it asks about current status, target role, timeline, and
  immediate priority in one short exchange, then seeds career-progress.md
  from the answers. Solves the empty-dashboard cold start; runs once, never
  re-triggers once real content exists.
