feat(home): full-width home layout, flat block backgrounds, hover states

• Make the home page span the full viewport width
• Use a flat surface background for hero and feature cards
• Add hover background and icon bounce to feature cards and IDE platforms
• Put the "same docs in your terminal" sentence on its own line
