What does this pull request do?

  • Spell choosing:
    • Adds a table of default values to most spells, to ease spell list definitions.
    • Adds functionality to override almost anything a mob evaluates to cast an spell. <- The important stuff.
    • (In process) Converts current usage to new system.
  • Other stuff I came across:
    • Adds functionality for -storm II spells.
    • Adds several mob only spell entries.
    • Fixes some spell parameters.
    • Improves Addle and Addle II spell calculations to make them match retail.

Steps to test these changes

  1. Ask nicely for some1 to test it once it's finished.
  2. ?
  3. Profit.
