Result
Stage four Machine Data Lake provider/environment records from the October 6 Cloud service update. Commercial AWS availability remains conditional; both GovCloud regions, GCP and Azure remain unavailable. Authorization, entitlement and historical rollout remain separate.
Required reconciliation
The branch must be reconciled with current main before integration. The October 8 review confirms the regional row and explicit supported/enabled-stack, Data Management, search-head and service-account prerequisites. It also finds conflicting S3 Moderate evidence within the current service page: the regional table includes Moderate, while the expanded third-party-store Search section excludes Moderate and High. Preserve both scopes; do not infer withdrawal or resolve the existing High/April 8 conflict by selecting one statement.
Validation and hold
The original staged source passed four synchronization checks, 158 tests and its 53-asset build; those results do not certify a reconciled candidate. Browser navigation has recovered. Fresh candidate-specific routes, themes/keyboard/narrow layout, native PDF inspection, independently reopened downloaded HTML, read-only WebMCP parity and exact publication/live checks remain required. Owner-reported October 7 verification applies only to its deployed report baseline. Keep this PR draft and the prior complete revision active until applicable checks pass. No fixed waiting period applies.
