This is my dwm build.

Patches included:
1. dwm-refreshrate-20230826-9554a10 https://dwm.suckless.org/patches/refreshrate/
        This patch removes the resize/move limitation introduced in commit 3d1090ba896319368c4771b88d325fcee368a608.

2. dwm-swallow-6.3 https://dwm.suckless.org/patches/swallow/
        This patch adds "window swallowing" to dwm as known from Plan 9's windowing system rio.

3. dwm-actualfullscreen https://dwm.suckless.org/patches/actualfullscreen/
        Adds ability to toggle fullscreen.

TODO:
1. Ignore all execept fullscreen keybinds in fullscreen mode.
