docs(test): LIM-1322 non-finite ingress qualification evidence - #80
Conversation
Add regression tests for a finite packet after non-finite rejection on backend and direct-enqueue paths. Document non-finite ingress behavior and the backend vs drained-path tick distinction in README and CHANGELOG. Co-authored-by: Raul Cardenas Montoya <montoyaraul34@gmail.com>

This PR successfully adds comprehensive test coverage and documentation for non-finite ingress qualification (LIM-1322). The changes include:
- Changelog entries documenting the fail-closed non-finite ingress protection
- README documentation explaining NaN/±Inf handling and tick-outcome distinctions
- Regression tests verifying finite packets are accepted after rejection on both backend and direct-enqueue paths
The test implementations correctly verify the documented behavior with no defects found. The documentation accurately describes the dual-gate approach (backend and drained-path) and the intentional tick-outcome differences. All 153 tests passing confirms the acceptance evidence is solid.

drive_repeating and drive_sequence both used a copied run_tick setup, and the direct-enqueue recovery test exceeded the large-method limit. One TickFixture owns that setup; the recovery case enqueues through a short helper. Co-authored-by: Raul Cardenas Montoya <montoyaraul34@gmail.com>

zero-filling occurs only when the drained sensory input supplies no stimuli; a
queued finite sensory packet can provide the tick’s input. Apply this

fixture.stimuli equals vec![0.5]. Keep the existing recovery and emission
assertions.

Zero-fill after a dropped backend packet only happens when the drain has no sensory input. Rate-limited diagnostics and freshness apply to the daemon finite gates; typed source warnings and held-modulator replays are called out separately. Recovery tests now check the decoded stimulus. CodeScene still cloned drive_repeating and drive_sequence. The sequence case now ticks TickFixture directly. A hybrid test keeps a queued finite sensory packet when the backend frame is non-finite, and the docs describe zero-fill as padding channels the drained vector does not cover. Adds regression tests and documentation proving that a finite packet is accepted after a non-finite ingress is rejected, with a documented fail-closed path for
