Traces gets its own deep-linkable screen: search, time range, agent/status/model/project filters, server-side paging and sort by duration/tokens/cost, all in the URL.

Ticket: F14 (Forge Observe vs LangSmith evaluation follow-up)

Changes

  • feat(studio): traces screen with search, time range and sort

Verification: focused vitest, tsc --noEmit, eslint on changed files (details in the review package); full suite and fallow run in CI.

GET /api/v1/traces with the O12 params: status, name, agent, input/output
previews, error (danger), model, started (with seconds), and server-side
sort on duration/tokens/cost. Search, time range (default rolling 24h),
agent, status, model and project live in the URL query; defaults are not
written, so a bare #/traces stays bare. Filter edits replace history;
opening a row pushes #/traces/:id (TraceScreen), whose "Back to traces"
returns to the list's last query. The list sits behind the daemon-down
state and recovers in place.

With Monitoring and Scores on their own screens, nothing renders
ObserveView any more: it is removed with TracesPanel, TraceDetailView,
ScoresPanel, useScores and their dead observe.css rules. The daemon-down
hint tests move to observe/__tests__/chrome.test.tsx.
