The Playground nav item was a placeholder; this adds a real screen to try prompts against models with streamed output, save them as prompt versions and open the run's trace.

Ticket: F24 (Forge Observe vs LangSmith evaluation follow-up)

Changes

  • fix(studio): playground reloads on deep-link change
  • feat(studio): playground

Verification: focused vitest, tsc --noEmit, eslint on changed files (details in the review package); full suite and fallow run in CI.

inputs detected with the server's regex, a provider + model picker from
the Studio's provider keys (plus ollama and mock), tool toggles borrowed
from a saved agent, the streamed reply with Stop, an "Open trace" link
and "Save as new prompt version" (POST /api/v1/prompts).

Deep links: ?trace=&fromObs= pre-fills messages and model from a trace's
generation (playgroundHref now carries the trace id), ?prompt=name[@ref]
loads a registry prompt as the system message and sends promptRef. With
the observe daemon down the loads and save show a notice; runs still work.

The playground wire types move to shared/wireTypes.ts so the server and
the screen share one definition.

routes.tsx renders PlaygroundRoute, which keys the screen on the
trace/fromObs/prompt query, so back/forward between two #/playground deep
links loads the second one. modelFromObservation no longer doubles a
provider/ prefix already on the recorded model.
