Add macOS Support

[Mutcholoko]

This is a really cool project! Thank you for dedicating your time to building this.

It would be very cool if you could add macOS support, as this game is very hard to run on Mac. I can do the testing for you if you don't have a Mac.

@Mutcholoko Not on the list for now, and I'd rather say that plainly than leave it open. The port is built on the Direct3D 12 side of the runtime (the native renderer that's in progress, FSR 3, the shader cache, the launcher are all Windows), and until that picture is right I'm not splitting effort into a second graphics backend. It's not a dead end: the runtime does have a Vulkan path that runs on MoltenVK, so a macOS build is a port, not a rewrite, and when it's time a tester with a real Mac will matter. Until then the practical routes are Whisky/CrossOver, which nobody has reported on yet, so if you try it a note here would be useful.
