fix(license)!: remove expiration-based license validation

Description

Validate annual subscriptions using recent Polar entitlement checks, normalize pasted license keys, and keep activation available despite stale broker status.

BREAKING CHANGE: Remove expires_at from the public license status and broker protocol.
