feat: add Creator agent distribution

Problem

The private Creator MCP runtime needs a public distribution package. The package must not expose private source or staging metadata.

Changes

• Add one canonical plugin model and generated adapters for Codex, Claude Code, Grok, ZCode, Gemini CLI, and the MCP Registry.
• Add task skills, safe examples, listing material, and production-only connection metadata.
• Pin the reviewed public MCP contract and SHA-256 in the repository and installable plugin.
• Add deterministic generation, drift, archive, schema, link, secret, workflow, and release-provenance checks.

Verification

• Public distribution checks pass.
• OpenAI plugin, Claude Code, Grok, Gemini CLI, and MCP Registry validators pass.
• Actionlint, pedantic Zizmor, ShellCheck, Gitleaks, and Lychee pass.
• Contract and archive checksums pass.

Publication gates

Production DNS, OAuth, live host tests, brand and legal approval, portal app ID, and marketplace administrator approval remain required.
