LogisticsApp

This project was generated using Angular CLI version 21.2.12.

Development server

To start a local development server, run:

ng serve

Once the server is running, open your browser and navigate to http://localhost:4200/. The application will automatically reload whenever you modify any of the source files.

Code scaffolding

Angular CLI includes powerful code scaffolding tools. To generate a new component, run:

ng generate component component-name

For a complete list of available schematics (such as components, directives, or pipes), run:

ng generate --help

Building

To build the project run:

ng build

This will compile your project and store the build artifacts in the dist/ directory. By default, the production build optimizes your application for performance and speed.

Running unit tests

To execute unit tests with the Vitest test runner, use the following command:

ng test

Running end-to-end tests

For end-to-end (e2e) testing, run:

ng e2e

Angular CLI does not come with an end-to-end testing framework by default. You can choose one that suits your needs.

EmailJS Integration Setup

This project uses EmailJS to process the Contact/Quote form. To enable it, you need to create a free EmailJS account and configure your credentials.

Step 1: Create an EmailJS Account

  1. Go to emailjs.com and create a free account.
  2. Go to the Email Services tab and add a new service (e.g., Gmail). Connect your email account.
  3. Copy the Service ID.

Step 2: Create an Email Template

  1. Go to the Email Templates tab and create a new template.
  2. Customize the template content. The form in this project sends the following variables, which you can inject into your template using double curly braces (e.g., {{firstName}}):
    • firstName
    • lastName
    • email
    • service
    • message
  3. Make sure the "Reply To" field in your template is set to {{email}}.
  4. Save the template and copy the Template ID.

Step 3: Get your Public Key

  1. Go to the Account tab in the EmailJS dashboard.
  2. Copy the Public Key.

Step 4: Add Credentials to the App

  1. Open the file src/app/data.ts.
  2. Locate the emailjs property inside the SITE_DATA object:
    emailjs: {
      serviceId: 'YOUR_SERVICE_ID',
      templateId: 'YOUR_TEMPLATE_ID',
      publicKey: 'YOUR_PUBLIC_KEY'
    },
  3. Replace the placeholder text with your actual Service ID, Template ID, and Public Key.
  4. Save the file. Your contact form is now fully functional and will send emails directly to your inbox!
