- pydantic-ai 2.0 renamed BuiltinToolReturnPart -> NativeToolReturnPart (import + isinstance in message_serialization.py); the old name is removed, so the backend failed to import without this. - biome 2.5 promoted noUnnecessaryConditions from nursery -> suspicious; move the override so the config parses and lint runs again. - Drop the now-ineffective noDangerouslySetInnerHtml suppression in layout.tsx that biome 2.5 reports as unused.
