Yes, let's drop the parenthesized "Caltech" (unless that is recommended in some official source @HarshiniGirish). But should it be licensed to Caltech? veda-backend is licensed to NASA [ref].
We have copied code out of eoapi-cdk, but that project doesn't have a license yet! I am going to add an MIT license to eoapi-cdk, then I can add proper attribution here in a later PR.
