1. Before you start any work, call sh fetchAndPull.sh - this will make sure you are getting the latest version of the app
   1. a) If you have called fetchAndPull.sh and there is a merge required be carefull or use a tool to help you if not familiar with command line ask for help if needed
   2. b) If you have to stash changes before you can fetchAndPull - also use a tool if not familiar with command line - ask for help if needed
2. Locall test can be done by running foreman start and then check http://localhost:5000
3. To push checked changes, run sh addAndPush.sh "commit message" - replacing commit message with the acctuall commit message - make it as meaningfull as you can !!Keep the quotes!!
