Hello there!

I'm Mark, a Site Reliability Engineer based in the Boston area. I build tooling and automation in Go and Python to solve operational problems: monitoring systems, CLI utilities, infrastructure as code, and anything that replaces a manual process with something sustainable.

What I Work On

  • Reliability engineering across Kubernetes, Kafka, and GCP infrastructure
  • Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, alerting strategy, SLO design
  • Internal tooling that helps other engineers work faster
  • Infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible

What's Here

Most of my professional work lives in private repos, but I'm working on publishing more here. Current interests include Go-based infrastructure tooling and synthetic monitoring.
