Read-only Git sidebar / 只读 Git 面板

Adds branch/file status, separate staged and unstaged diffs, untracked previews and commit history/detail to the DSH right sidebar. Existing five commands and four tools remain available. TSX builds the official loader wrapper; core documentation and collaboration templates have English/Chinese counterparts.

新增分支与文件状态、暂存/未暂存 diff、未跟踪预览及历史详情。保持既有命令/工具，核心文档英中双语。

Refs #1. GUI writes remain a separate phase; this PR does not close the full request.

Validation / 验证

• Final commit 6c5ba25: Node 20/22 CI passed (36883924919, 36883915839).
• Windows clean build/type checks/artifact freshness and 38 tests passed.
• Official DSH 0.2.0-rc.2 on Linux Node 22.23.3: 28 service checks; installed tarball real Web status/diffs/history, authentication boundaries and two enable/disable cycles passed; browser errors 0.
• Real clean/empty/detached/conflict/rename/delete/submodule/newline/literal/binary/oversize fixtures, dark contrast >=4.5:1 and narrow sidebar passed.
• Browser testing found and fixed an incorrect dark background token before release.

Release / 发布

Version/lock and paired CHANGELOG are 0.3.0, date finalized before publishing. Preserve history with a merge commit, verify the merged tree/main CI and clean artifact gate, then publish once to next and promote with dist-tag. Tag/Release/npm gitHead and runtime files identify that merge point.

Only DSH 0.2.0-rc.2 has real host evidence. Model calls, other host versions, mount-prefix hosting and slow Web navigation cancellation remain unexecuted; full native schema tooling has upstream carrier diagnostics despite successful Web activation. Details: docs/release-report-0.3.0.md.
