Completes the 0.3.0 dual-channel release evidence and synchronizes English/Chinese maintenance guidance plus remaining DSH task packages.

完成 0.3.0 双渠道发布证据,同步英中维护指引和后续 DSH 任务。

  • Release point: 85fa7d1; npm gitHead, annotated v0.3.0, public GitHub Release and tgz match.
  • npm latest=next=0.3.0 confirmed by actual registry reads after publish scanning and tag propagation; only one successful publish.
  • Both explicit install specs: all 13 files match, 28 official-service checks each and actual Linux DSH Web acceptance passed.
  • 38 tests, current-SHA Node 20/22 CI and clean artifact gate passed.
  • Isolated test server/profile/repos/cache/auth logs were cleaned; shared runtimes/daily profile/upstream preserved.
  • Market PR #6296 closed unmerged; public catalog has zero exact repository matches. No community reply sent.

No runtime files, package version or release tag changed in this evidence PR. Issue #1 remains open for user feedback and later GUI writes; package 06 retains mount-prefix/slow Web cancellation, package 07 covers write approval/recovery design. Real model sessions and other host versions remain unverified.

本 PR 仅更新证据与交接;不改运行代码、版本或已发布 tag,不关闭完整 Issue #1。
