# NSCLC Initiation Model

Code supporting the accompanying manuscript.

## Running the Code

1. Install IntelliJ IDEA.
2. In IntelliJ, select File -> New -> project from version control, enter the repository URL and clone the project.
3. Open _Raf/_Thesis/Runner.kt and click run

All code required to reproduce the manuscript simulations is included in this repository.

Repository Structure:

* `Runner.kt` – main entry point
* `HAL/` – HAL framework source code
* `_Raf/_Thesis/` – manuscript-specific model and analysis code
