This PR is a full resave with the gradle task resaveUnits.
This means all the units are updated to the latest file format and, additionally, the got the UUID in them.
This PR, due to the UUID, depends on
MegaMek/megamek#8493
MegaMek/megameklab#2254
for proper loading/saving of the BLK/MTF files (due to the uuid field)
