The Foundry /api/projects/.../openai/v1 path rejects the api-version query param that @ai-sdk/azure appends unconditionally, causing a 400 on every call. Swap to the classic *.openai.azure.com endpoint via resourceName — same deployment, same model, supported cleanly by the SDK. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
