test: removed beforeEach usage from 'Integration scenarios' tests

Explanation

Seventh PR of Stacked pull requests to remove the usage of beforeEach and follow the Unit Testing Guidelines
in the file packages/tron-wallet-snap/src/services/transactions/TransactionsService.test.ts.
