Moves each Claude Code and Codex CLI model configuration onto the paper card, with explicit Not reported fallbacks. Removes the M/B/E strip, comparison-fairness filter, navigation item, and explanatory section. Keeps full evidence controls available inside Inspect evidence. Updates both README entry points and adds regression coverage. The repository remains private.
