The setting applies Kyant backdrop glass to screens, dialogs, and controls, and follows the current theme colors.
Dark mode paints an opaque themed wallpaper, text and the bottom bar follow the color scheme, and the broken lifecycle lint check is disabled so release builds can finish.
Keep DOTNET_TieredCompilation enabled by default so mod content still loads, and let users opt into the full JIT path when libclrjit aborts.
