Problem

Ship the fixes that landed on main since the 0.6.2 VS Code extension release as 0.6.3.

What changed

• Bumped apps/vscode version to 0.6.3 and added a 0.6.3 changelog entry covering:
  • editor mentions now working for files outside the working directory, with quoting for paths containing spaces (fix(vscode): allow editor mentions for files outside the working directory #1836)
  • cancelling a running turn now reliably reaching the engine, with no false "task stopped" UI when there is nothing to cancel (fix(vscode): reliable cancel and preserved session model on attach #1845)
  • attaching to or resuming a session no longer overwriting its model and thinking effort; composer picked model/effort is applied when the prompt is sent (fix(vscode): reliable cancel and preserved session model on attach #1845)
• Tests read the extension version from the manifest, so no test edits are needed; pnpm --filter kimi-code run test passes (288 tests).
