The README carried the whole documentation set — seven collapsible blocks covering quick start, five deployment paths, the environment-variable table, the architecture diagram, and a deep dive per feature. That material lives at docs.codeg.app, its canonical home, so the README now covers only what a landing page owes a visitor and deep-links the rest: 457 lines down to 152. What remains is the intro and a documentation banner, the sponsor tables unchanged, the agent roster, three feature sections — multi-agent collaboration, Office documents, and the workspace — a Highlights list whose every bullet links its guide page, a compact install section, and privacy, community, acknowledgments, and license. Section headings carry emoji. The nine translations mirror the new structure line for line, with the Chinese pair pointing at the /zh/ docs and the other seven at the English root. The collaboration screenshots are animated now, and the seven images no longer referenced by any README are removed.
The intro now opens on a screenshot of the workspace, placed between the description and the documentation banner, with a light and a dark variant selected by GitHub's theme anchors. All ten READMEs carry it. The nine translations point at ../images/ from docs/readme/ and label the image with each locale's own word for workspace.
