This PR adds field 9 - stress coefficient for CELAS2 and makes the default 0.0 instead of 1.0 to match MSC.
It also set the stress coefficient for CELAS4 to zero instead of 1.0 for CELAS4, also to match MSC which has no stress for CELAS4.
The 1.0 defaults were probably there because Mystran previously couldn't calculate CELAS for without a non-zero stress, but now they're not needed and wrong as defaults.
