Scope

Regenerate the tracked release-evidence bundle after the shared-CI workflow pin changed tracked module content. The evidence file itself remains excluded from the setup digest.

Validation

• All other module content was committed before evidence generation
• setup digest was recomputed from the exact tracked module index
• evidence is bound to current nddev-harnesses main commit 2b1843fc5646829857006e44a74e96768dfe053e
• emit_evidence.py --check passed
• git diff --cached --check passed
• No setup, installer, runtime, version, secret, or development-only artifact changed

Release

• Adapter and core-plugin versions remain 2.1.2 because only derived release evidence changed
• Freshness window and setup digest were generated by the canonical private emitter, not hand-edited
