The upstream atc138 package no longer needs input.json or AIM.json in the input directory — all required metadata is now in general_inputs.json. - Remove AIM.json from REQUIRED_PELICUN_FILES - Remove input.json staging (copy of AIM.json) - Read num_stories from general_inputs instead of AIM for default tenant unit list generation
