Appt 2014 - Cancel date range integration tests

Description

Integration tests for the cancel a date range endpoint with the two feature flags in various states and utilising the new MultipleFeatureToggledSteps class. There are some repeated tests in the feature files and this is to ensure correct behaviour when the flags are in different states.
