Upgrade pixi.lock files from v6 to v7 format. Format-only — no package changes.
Update pixi version to v0.71.3 (supports v7 lock format) and prefix-dev/setup-pixi to v0.10.0.

I'm good to merge this, I run pixi 0.71.* on my personal machine, and the pixi config here is just a dev convenience. OK with converting this to ready for review and merging? |
