Summary
This shares commits with #9 opening now just so it is not orphaned on my machine. Only look at the last two commits for now.The goal here is to make it easier to use the tools to write tools for the tools.
I use stow to put symlinks from a dotfiles repo which exposed a fun bit of complexity with codex which is the last commit. It does not split out nicely so it stays here.
