Quick Install

The following command will install all required packages:

sudo apt-get install -y build-essential make cmake cmake-curses-gui libboost-all-dev libjpeg62-dev libzmq-dev libprotobuf-dev protobuf-compiler; sudo wget https://raw.github.com/imatix/zguide/master/examples/C++/zhelpers.hpp -O /usr/include/zhelpers.hpp

Packages

Can be obtained with sudo apt-get install <package-name(s)> (on Ubuntu 13.04):

  • build-essential
  • make
  • cmake
  • cmake-curses-gui
  • libboost-all-dev
  • libjpeg62-dev
  • libzmq-dev
  • libprotobuf-dev
  • protobuf-compiler

  • ZeroMQ Helper Functions: sudo wget https://raw.github.com/imatix/zguide/master/examples/C++/zhelpers.hpp -O /usr/include/zhelpers.hpp
