Draw organizations as rounded squares, as the web does - #159

An organization's avatar was a circle like everyone else's, so on the Log an org's commit looked like a person's. The web draws orgs as rounded squares edged with a hairline, and their rail ring as a rounded square too. The avatar partial now does the same for any user that's an organization, so it applies wherever an org's avatar shows up: the rail on the Log, an org's own commits, quoted commits, mention suggestions and the like. The rail ring and the surface ring behind notification avatars follow it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

An organization's avatar was a circle like a person's, so on the Log an org's commit looked like anyone else's. The web draws organizations as rounded squares with a hairline edge (6pt corners) and gives them a rounded-square ring on the rail (8pt corners). The app now does the same.
The change is in the shared avatar partial, so it applies wherever an org's avatar shows up: the rail on the Log and on an org's page, quoted commits, mention suggestions, connections and so on. The rail ring and the surface ring behind notification avatars follow the same shape. People keep their circles. The organization page header already drew a rounded square and isn't touched.
A new Log test checks the rail: an org gets the rounded square and a person keeps the circle. All 1142 screen tests pass.

Android shots are missing. The emulator kept shutting down while the Mac was under heavy load, so this has iOS only for now. The iOS shots come from an iOS 27.0 simulator, because a fresh iOS 26.2 one couldn't load the sign-in page (WebKit crashed on launch).
