Swaps the icons that still came from SF Symbols or Material for Lucide, and tidies the buttons on your own profile.

• Share is Lucide's share on iOS and share-2 on Android, on profiles and organization pages.
• New commit is square-pen.
• The badge on the score card is badge-check. The scorecard icon is gamepad, drawn a little bigger (16 instead of 13).
• This Device uses tablet-smartphone.
• The Apple logo on Sign in with Apple stays the system one.
• 13 more Lucide SVGs are in resources/icons, so every case in App\Icons\Lucide now draws the custom icon on both platforms. CustomIconsTest checks that each case has a file.

On your own profile, Scheduled commits moves out of the header and into the nav bar next to Starred. Share and Account move into a new ⋯ menu beside them. Other people's profiles already had Share in their ⋯ menu, so now both work the same way.

The icons are new files in resources/icons, so you need a fresh native:run to see them. Hot reload won't pick them up.

Things to look at:

• There are no shots of the score card, because there's no score commit on production to open.
• The Building icon only shows on profiles with a company. Mine has none, so the profile shots don't include it.
• Since merging main, the Terms of service and Privacy policy buttons use the Lucide arrow too. Those screens aren't in the shots below.
• On Android in dark mode the ⋯ menu is the same colour as the page, so it has no visible edge. Other profiles' nav menus already looked like this.
