Documents the gesture area changes that came out of NativePHP/dev-null-app#102, where a message follows the finger to show its actions.

This builds on #581, which adds pan-x, the pinch props and bounded to the same page, so it targets that branch. Merge #581 first. Keep this as a draft until NativePHP/mobile-air#625 and NativePHP/mobile-ui#183 are merged.

On the gesture area page:

Gestures & Animation gets one line pointing at snap points.

The snap badges say 4.7 and mobile-ui 0.9, the next releases. If NativePHP/mobile-air#625 or NativePHP/mobile-ui#183 miss them, those badges need bumping.

The example matches the dev-null app's message rows, which were tried on an iPhone. The page renders locally and the docs tests pass.
