Summary & Fix Rationale

Resolves 404 error when requesting https://nextcommunity.github.io/favicon.ico. Closes #134.

Changes Made:

1. Favicon Asset Added: Added avicon.ico in both root src/ and src/assets/img/.
2. Eleventy Passthrough: Configured eleventyConfig.addPassthroughCopy({ 'src/favicon.ico': 'favicon.ico' }) in .eleventy.js to ensure the file is outputted directly to the root of _site/.
3. HTML Link Tag: Added to src/_includes/layouts/base.njk.
