feat(tutorial): teach ls -a and cat via the memory checkpoint - #11

The tutorial never had the player read a file, so the checkpoint loop (cat a lore file -> memory restored -> autosave) went untaught. Two new steps after the fight: ls -a reveals bash_profile (item hidden: true now actually hides files from plain ls — it was declared in content but unread), cat fires the identity memory restore, and Echo names it as the checkpoint you resume from on death. ps/pwd/nav follow as before; 11 steps total. Hint-text conflict: kept the new ls -a / cat checkpoint steps, adopted dev's 'use <item>' spelling (bracketed words now survive markup). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
