Espelha heap()/stp(): expõe o registrador hlw (fundo do heap). Um debugger precisa dele para detectar heap underflow (AMX_ERR_HEAPLOW) num debug hook, antes de a VM abortar — sem cutucar o *mut AMX cru.

Traz o accessor hlw() (fundo do heap) necessário para detectar heap underflow. Aponta para a branch do PR NullSablex/rust-samp#54; re-pinar no master estável quando o PR mergear, antes de fechar este.

Necessário para o PawnPro-Debugger detectar heap underflow (AMX_ERR_HEAPLOW) no debug hook, antes de a VM abortar, sem cutucar o *mut AMX cru. Complementa stack()/heap()/stp() para a leva de erros de runtime STACKERR/HEAPLOW/MEMACCESS.
