…rray defined on the first basis when setting up the dependency to the phase field
Does not run very far, but at least should not crash.
Changed: The PoroFractureElasticity class now only applies to non-mixed.
Removed unused 1D version, no longer compile due to Dim::nf reference.
The option -mixed now implies reduced continuity (TH) elements.

On-going work to fix the mixed poro-elasticity+fracture solver.
These commits used to be in #4 which now has been merged.
