release(calculix): the Sweep and CalculiX pair moves to the 1.0.0 line - #5

CalculiX.Model 0.2.2, CalculiX 0.1.8, Sweep 0.2.2 and Sweep.Scripts 0.1.1 become 1.0.0 - the same line the other released simulation initiators and their controllers are on (Schwarz/Parareal 1.0.x, ParaView 1.0.0, the solver shim 1.0.0-beta, WitSweep 1.0.0). No code change: the wire DTOs, the script and the activities are the ones live-proven on the fleet. The Scripts package now pins its controller to [1.0.0, 2.0.0).
