Use one description in the Claude manifest, the Codex manifest, the marketplace catalog, and the README example. Change the Codex shortDescription to name all 3 channels. Bump the version to 1.2.1.

Looks good. The new description is the same in all four places, and shortDescription now matches the prompts from #68.

Motivation
The listing prompts in #68 show all 3 channels, but the one-line description in each manifest and the Codex
shortDescriptionstill mention push only. This change makes the descriptions match.Scope
