docs: keep the documentation site at opensysml.org - #819

Conversation
The move to implementation.opensysml.org is reverted: site_url, the published CNAME and every link point back at the apex, which keeps serving the documentation site. The ecosystem landing page published from Open-MBEE/opensysml.github.io releases the apex instead. Co-Authored-By: jason.han <hanhuijun@gmail.com>

What and why
#797's move of the documentation site to
implementation.opensysml.orgis reverted:opensysml.orgkeeps serving this site.site_url,docs/CNAMEand every link that pointed at the subdomain go back to the apex; theopensysml.orgentry added to the header menu is removed (it would link the site to itself); and the changelog fragment announcing the move is dropped since the move never shipped.docs/CNAMEis kept withopensysml.orgso the published artifact itself claims the apex on deploy rather than relying on repository settings alone. The
0.27 sApollo 11 timing fix from #797 is unaffected and stays. How it was verified
rg "implementation\.opensysml\.org"returns nothing; the reverted files are byte-identical to their state before #797.Companion PR: Open-MBEE/opensysml.github.io#3 releases the apex and repoints the cover's links. Merge order: merge that one first so the domain is free before this site's next deploy claims it.
