docs: publish the ecosystem cover as the opensysml.org landing page - #1

index.html serves the updated cover page at the site root, and the CNAME file claims the opensysml.org apex domain for this repository's Pages deployment. The OpenSysML documentation site moves to implementation.opensysml.org; the cover links to it. Co-Authored-By: jason.han <hanhuijun@gmail.com>

The wire labels mismatched the tools they connected (the runtime label sat on the toolkit wire, the interchange label on the runtime's). The wires carry enough meaning unlabeled. Co-Authored-By: jason.han <hanhuijun@gmail.com>

Fixed — removed the link from the pending card. A card that says the community page is still being written can't link to it; re-add when the page exists. |
