Register the acceptance summary that the Flow 1.35.1 release issuer will consume.

The summary references the signed manifest at its actual containing main commit, 331c2cacfb235cbc58eb30eb3c3e22b0e31e05bc. It preserves that manifest's original decision receipt and workflow admission references, measured counters, artifact commitments, publication staging, and current trust identities. The publication observation remains 2026-09-09T18:40:27Z.

The evidence covers one synthetic workflow with 18 groups. This summary doesn't admit a customer workflow or create a product-wide Production claim. The release issuer must consume the summary after it reaches main and before the retained publication window ends.

Validation: Independent review verified the exact unsigned plan, registered manifest signature, actual signed summary, permanent one-use result, and three-file registration at d437271928548f03a013030671348cd7b78247bc. The unchanged append-only validator passes for revision 7 and its 82 entries. The object is sha256:30eab7c62a55e988a543c1e21463676585171ba9e80afe71f518d89b04e53977; its bundle is sha256:4528137325a9fcc6a07b1dc6a4e4eb6ac542d153b7660aff0f58d1ab5803d52e. All 80 previous entries and signer records remain unchanged.
