Description

  • bss: v1.32.1 -> v1.32.2
  • smd: v2.19.0 -> v2.19.3
  • local-ca: v0.2.4 -> v0.2.6

CoreSMD has breaking config changes, so bumping that version will be saved for a release minor version increase.
